Important Legal Notice
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement. By using LAV, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency activities and gaming involve substantial risk of loss. You should not use funds you cannot afford to lose. LAV LLC is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of our platform.
Agreement to Terms
Welcome to LAV, operated by LAV LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and LAV LLC governing your access to and use of the LAV platform, including our website, applications, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Binding Agreement: These Terms form a binding contract between you and LAV LLC. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility Requirements
To use our Services, you represent and warrant that you:
Are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction
Are not located in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions or online gaming are prohibited or restricted by law
Are not on any sanctions lists or otherwise prohibited from engaging in financial transactions under applicable law
Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency and online activities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Services in any particular jurisdiction. Using our Services where prohibited may result in civil or criminal penalties.
Description of Services
LAV provides the following Services:
Cryptocurrency Interface
Tools and interfaces to interact with decentralized exchanges and protocols on the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to Raydium, Jupiter, and Pump.fun.
Gaming Platform
Skill-based competitive games where participants may wager cryptocurrency. Game outcomes are determined by player skill and performance.
Automation Tools
Features to automate interactions with blockchain protocols, including automated transaction execution based on user-defined parameters.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.
Cryptocurrency and Financial Risks
CRITICAL RISK DISCLOSURE - READ CAREFULLY
Cryptocurrency activities involve substantial risk of loss. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and can decrease significantly, including to zero. You may lose your entire investment. Only use funds you can afford to lose completely.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Market Volatility
Cryptocurrency values are extremely volatile and can fluctuate dramatically in short periods. Historical performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose your entire investment.
Irreversible Transactions
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone, cancelled, or refunded. Errors in transaction details cannot be corrected.
Technical and Smart Contract Risks
Smart contracts, blockchain networks, and our platform may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or experience failures. Such issues could result in partial or total loss of funds with no possibility of recovery.
Regulatory Uncertainty
Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving and uncertain. Future regulatory changes could adversely affect the Services, your ability to use them, or the value of your assets.
Third-Party Protocol Risks
We integrate with third-party protocols (Raydium, Jupiter, Pump.fun, etc.) over which we have no control. These protocols may fail, be exploited, experience downtime, or cease operations entirely.
Liquidity Risks
Certain tokens may have limited liquidity, making it difficult or impossible to sell them at desired prices or at all.

LAV LLC IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, DEALER, OR FIDUCIARY. NOTHING ON OUR PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. ALL DECISIONS TO USE OUR SERVICES ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
Gaming Terms and Conditions
Our platform offers competitive skill-based games. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Entry Fees & Stakes
Games may require cryptocurrency entry fees. All entry fees are final and non-refundable once a game begins or you are matched with other players. By entering a game, you authorize the transfer of the entry fee from your wallet.
Prize Distribution
Prizes are distributed according to game rules displayed before entry. We retain a service fee (typically 10%) from prize pools. Prize distribution is final and determined by game outcome.
Skill-Based Competition
Game outcomes are determined primarily by player skill, strategy, and performance. Games are designed as competitions of skill, not games of chance.
No Guaranteed Winnings
There is no guarantee of winning any game. You may lose your entire entry fee. Past performance in games does not guarantee future results.
Fair Play Requirements
Cheating, exploiting bugs or glitches, using unauthorized software, bots, scripts, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Technical Issues
We are not responsible for losses due to technical issues, network problems, latency, disconnections, or hardware failures on your end. Ensure you have a stable connection before entering games.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING: Only participate in games with funds you can afford to lose entirely. If you feel you may have a problem with compulsive gaming, please seek help from appropriate support services in your jurisdiction.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to the following:
You SHALL:
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- •Maintain the security of your wallet credentials and account
- •Accept sole responsibility for all activity under your account
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity immediately
You SHALL NOT:
- •Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or wallets
- •Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Services or networks
- •Use automated systems, bots, or scripts except as expressly permitted
- •Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any fraudulent activity
- •Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
- •Use the Services to launder money or finance illegal activities
- •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Wallet and Custody
Non-Custodial Platform
LAV is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or cryptocurrency. Your assets remain in your control at all times through your personal wallet.
You are solely responsible for:
- Securing and backing up your wallet private keys and seed phrases
- All transactions initiated from or authorized by your wallet
- Any loss of funds due to compromised credentials, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access
- Verifying all transaction details before signing and submitting
Security Recommendation: We strongly recommend using hardware wallets, enabling all available security features, and never sharing your private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent LAV.
Fees and Payments
Our fee structure includes the following:

Fees are subject to change at our discretion. Current applicable fees are always displayed on the platform before any transaction or game entry. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, code, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the platform, are the exclusive property of LAV LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- •Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on our Services
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
- •Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- •Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without express written permission
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
LAV LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN FEES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM: UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR WALLET OR ACCOUNT; THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOLS, SMART CONTRACT FAILURES, OR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES; MARKET VOLATILITY OR CHANGES IN CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUES; YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE SECURITY; TECHNICAL FAILURES OR INTERRUPTIONS; OR ANY FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LAV LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and legal costs) arising from or relating to:
- a)Your access to or use of the Services
- b)Your violation of these Terms
- c)Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- d)Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation
- e)Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Services
- f)Any activity under your account or wallet, whether authorized or unauthorized
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST LAV LLC MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or at our sole discretion.
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Services will immediately cease; (b) any funds in active games may be forfeited if termination was due to violation of these Terms; (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LAV LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By using LAV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You understand that cryptocurrency activities and gaming involve substantial risk and that you use our Services at your own risk.
